Cub Scout Application

All new scouts are required to complete an application and must provide the registration cost of $24.00.  Unlike other packs we do not require an annual Pack 180 Dues.

For questions about completing the application, or about the Cub Scout Program, please contact Cubmaster Rob Larson. He can be reached by clicking on Contact Our Pack.

Medical Forms

Medical Forms may be required for participants of certain activities.

To cover the bases Pack 180 requires every Scout and Leader to complete an annual medical form, parts A and B.

Part C of the form is not required unless a scout is to participate in an even over 72 hours long.  As a general statement none of Pack 180 activities are over 72 hours long.
